Safety and organization
- How do you ensure the safety of children on the camp grounds?
The camp area is enclosed, monitored 24/7, and equipped with video surveillance. Children are under constant supervision by counselors. - How many children are assigned to one counselor?
On average, there is 1 counselor for every 8–10 children, which allows attention to be given to each child. - Is there round-the-clock security on the grounds?
Yes, security operates 24/7, and entry for outsiders is prohibited. - How is medical support provided?
There is a medical point and an on-duty doctor on site. Counselors have basic first aid skills. - What happens if a child gets sick?
Parents are notified immediately, and the child is examined by a doctor. Hospitalization is arranged if necessary. - Is insurance provided and what does it cover?
Insurance is arranged for all children from Ukraine, and also available upon individual request. - How do you screen counselors?
All counselors undergo a competitive selection process, interview, psychological testing, and training at the counselor school. - Do you supervise children swimming in the sea or pool?
Yes, swimming is allowed only under the supervision of instructors and counselors. - Is there video surveillance on the grounds?
Yes, cameras are installed in key areas, and parents have access to 2 cameras covering common zones. - How do you prevent bullying or conflicts among children?

- How many times a day are children fed?
Five meals a day: breakfast, lunch, afternoon snack, dinner, and a second dinner. - Do you accommodate allergies and special diets?
Yes, parents indicate them on the registration form. The kitchen prepares meals individually. - Who prepares the meals and is there a menu from a nutritionist?
Menus are designed by nutritionists and prepared by professional chefs. - Is there an option to choose dishes?
Yes, there are always several options for side dishes and salads. - Do children actually eat enough, or do they stay hungry?
Portions are hearty, and counselors make sure children eat properly. - Can we see a sample menu?
Yes, we provide the seasonal menu in advance. - Are there snacks/fruits during the day?
Yes, fruits, snacks, and drinks are available. - Can parents bring their own food for the child?
Bringing personal food to the camp is not allowed. - How is food quality controlled?

4–8 children per room, depending on age. - Is there a shower, air conditioning, and amenities in the room?
Yes, all rooms are fully equipped. - Do boys and girls live separately?
Absolutely. - How is room cleaning handled?
Rooms are cleaned daily by staff, with supervision by counselors. - Can children choose their roommates?
Yes, if notified in advance. - Does the child have personal space?
Yes, each child has their own place for belongings. - What are the conditions at the pool/beach?
The pool is clean, staffed with certified lifeguards. All beaches we visit meet European standards. - Are there separate rooms for younger children?
Yes, for ages 6–9 there are separate blocks. - Is Wi-Fi available?
Wi-Fi is available, but access time is limited. - Is there laundry available?
Yes, there is a washing machine and dryer.
